1. General Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the rate plan, package, season, or promotional offer selected at the time of booking. Guests are advised to carefully review the cancellation terms mentioned in their booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise specified in your confirmation:
Standard Policy:

More than 7 days before check-in:
100% refund of advance payment (after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, if any).

3 to 7 days before check-in:
50% of the booking amount will be charged.

Less than 3 days before check-in:
100% of the booking amount will be charged (No refund).
2. No-Show Policy
If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior intimation:
- The entire booking amount will be forfeited.
- The reservation will be automatically cancelled.
3. Early Check-out
In case of early departure after check-in:
- No refund will be provided for unused nights.
- Full stay charges as per the confirmed booking will apply.
4. Modification of Booking
- Date changes are subject to availability.
- Rate differences (if applicable due to seasonal pricing) must be paid.
- Modification requests must be made at least 5 days prior to check-in.
- Once modified, the booking may not be eligible for further cancellation benefits.
5. Peak Season & Special Dates Policy
During peak season, long weekends, festivals, or special events:
- Bookings may be non-refundable.
- Cancellation charges may be 100% of the booking amount.
- No date changes may be permitted.
Peak season dates will be specified during booking confirmation.
6. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
- Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
7. Force Majeure / Unavoidable Circumstances
In case of government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or force majeure events:
- The resort may offer date modification instead of refund.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Supporting documentation may be required.
8. Third-Party Bookings
If the booking is made through:
- Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
- Travel agents
- Third-party websites
Cancellation and refund policies of that platform will apply. Guests must contact the respective platform directly for refund processing.
9. Refund Deductions
Refund amounts (if applicable) may exclude:
- Payment gateway charges
- Bank transaction fees
- Applicable taxes as per regulations
